      You can contact our store manager via the information on our contact us screen. You can also reach us via phone at 0207 193 1832. Please note this phone number is only for merchandise questions and not ticketing information.

    2. Shipping and Handling Charges

      Shipping and Handling charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Handing costs may vary depending upon the special packaging needs of your order. Shipments are subject to stock availability.
    3. Delivery Information

      Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be delivered. 

      All parcels are sent using Royal Mail 1st class standard delivery therefore no tracking information is available. 

    4. Can I cancel my order?

      ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been processed and/or shipped. You will receive a credit  or refund within 30 days after you inform us of your cancellation.

    6. Can I exchange an item for another item?

      We want to make sure that you enjoy your merchandise. If you change your mind or are unhappy with the goods when delivered, you may cancel your order, exchange the size or gain a full refund by following these steps. 1.) Contact us to tell us of your intention to cancel within 7 working days after you receive your delivery at orders@bookofmormonshop.co.uk 2.)
